1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Moonworks website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Moonworks services.

3. Services

Moonworks provides creative design and web development solutions under flexible subscriptions or one-time projects. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled.
• Payment is required upfront for each billing cycle.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
• No partial refunds are provided.

Payments are securely processed through approved providers such as Stripe.

5. Intellectual Property

• All pre-existing tools and processes remain Moonworks property.
• Upon full payment, you own the rights to final deliverables created for you.
• Moonworks may display work in its portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely information
• Supply materials that do not violate third-party rights
• Use services lawfully and respectfully

Moonworks is not responsible for project delays caused by missing input or approvals.

7. Confidentiality

All non-public project information shared between the parties is strictly confidential.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” Moonworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you fail to comply with these Terms or miss payments.
Outstanding amounts remain payable upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where Moonworks is registered. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.

II. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel at any time by emailing contact@moonworks-design.com or through your account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You’ll continue to receive services until then.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of creative work, we do not offer partial or prorated refunds once a subscription period has begun. In exceptional cases, Moonworks may offer a discretionary credit.

3. One-Time Projects

Deposits and milestone payments for custom projects are non-refundable once work has started, except where Moonworks fails to deliver as agreed.

‍

4. EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing — unless you request that we begin work during this period, in which case the right is waived.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if:

• You fail to provide feedback or files on time
• Dissatisfaction arises from subjective preferences
• The service has been substantially completed

6. Service Modifications

Moonworks may adjust or terminate plans, features, or pricing with reasonable notice.
In case of termination, refunds may be prorated at Moonworks’ discretion.

By using our website or subscribing to our services, you confirm that you have read, understood,
